The general terms of sale are the following ones:
- the goods are considered to remain the property of the company until the total payment of those. Even in the event of dispute, because of the sending by colissimo given against signature, it will be up to the person to bring the proof of its dispute.
- the delivery periods subject to availabilities are fifteen days to three weeks.
- the products are delivered in their globality not separate sending.
- if it arrived of the stock shortages on our premises or in the suppliers with times too important of restocking, we will carry out total refunding.
- the parcels are sent with an insurance of the post office our supplier. After acceptance of the parcel by the person (signature with the employee of the post office), our responsibility is released.
- Any fascinating litigation birth on the products dispatched, on their state with the delivery will have like court of competent jurisdiction to solve them the Court of Bankruptcy of ANGOULEME
