The general terms of delivery are the following ones:
them deliveries (subject to availability) will be as fast as possible with reception of the payment.
- the delivery periods subject to availability are fifteen days to three weeks.
- the products are delivered in their globality not separate sending.
- if it arrived of the stock shortages on our premises or in the suppliers with times too important of restocking (exceeding 28 days), we will carry out total refunding.
- the parcels are sent with an insurance of the post office our supplier. After acceptance of the parcel by the person (signature with the employee of the post office), our responsibility is released.
The conditions of return are the following ones:
- refusal of reception for parcel damages under condition which the parcel is not open.
- the return of an open parcel is done with the expenses of the customer within 7 day (wrought of the post office) after the reception of the parcel.
In the event of strikes, events independent of the wills of the customer and the salesman the insurance covering the expenses will be used to refund the injured customer.
The Payments by transfer are reserved for the countries of Northern Europe of the list (Belgium, Germany).
